Many collectors have written to me asking help in wiring their Turner microphones. Most of these inquiries involved hooking a vintage Turner microphone up to a Citizen's Band radio. After some searching, I've been able to locate a Turner factory guide published in the 1970's that contains hookup schemes for many of the radios that were popular at the height of the CB craze.
I've scanned this brochure and saved in as an Adobe Acrobat file so that you can download and print it. Three disclaimers:
- The file is large, 2 MB, so it will take awhile to download if you are on a dialup modem
- You will need Adobe's free Acrobat reader to open this file. Go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html to do so.
- I'm not a CB hobbyist, and don't have any expertise or knowledge about wiring these microphones beyond what you will find published here.
